Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible.

Cancellation Before the Live Course Date:

If you need to cancel your registration prior to the live course date, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at [email protected] at least 24 hours before the course begins to process your cancellation.

Cancellation After the Course is Available on-Demand:

Once the course has been made available on-demand, refunds are no longer available. Store credit may be offered dependent on the circumstsance.  Store credit can be used toward any future course we offer.
